📋General Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between daraz palya and its members. daraz palya operates under an international gaming licence and complies with all applicable laws.

Daraz palya's services are for personal entertainment purposes only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

👤Account Rules

• Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are opened by the same individual, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious activity is detected, daraz palya may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation.

💳Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum per day: ৳50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum per day: ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without a deposit — wagering requirements must first be met.

🎲Betting & Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on daraz palya are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, daraz palya will review the game history and determine the appropriate outcome.

• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on daraz palya. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform's software or algorithms.
• Transactions made using stolen payment methods or fraudulent identities.
• Collusion — where multiple players coordinate to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.

• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities where a legal obligation exists.
